3D laser cutting machine helps manufacture complex components
Through multi-axis motion and intelligent control, 3D laser cutting technology breaks through the limitations of traditional processing dimensions, injects new kinetic energy into high-end manufacturing in the fields of aerospace, automobiles, and medical care, and realizes the leap from "segmented production" to "spatial integrated molding" of complex components.

The equipment is equipped with a five-axis linkage system, combined with a high-dynamic laser head and a rotary table, which can achieve precise focusing at any spatial angle. The beam positioning accuracy reaches ±0.05mm, the heat-affected zone is controlled within 50μm, and it supports the cutting of materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, and carbon fiber with a thickness of 0.3-30mm. For example, the processing of the air film hole on the curved surface of an aircraft engine blade has a cut verticality of 89.5°, which is 4 times more efficient than the EDM process, and there is no electrode loss.
New energy vehicles: In the microfluidic processing of hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plates, green laser (532nm) etches a 3D airway with a width of 0.08mm and a depth of 0.05mm on 0.1mm stainless steel, and the hydrogen conversion efficiency is increased by 15%;
High-end medical care: Cutting titanium alloy bionic bone scaffolds based on patient CT data, the pore gradient error is ≤5%, and the bone cell attachment rate is increased by 40%;
Aerospace: Pretreatment of special-shaped welds of satellite fuel tanks, laser cleaning and cutting are completed simultaneously to avoid chemical pollution and shorten the construction period by 60%.
